- Provide physical therapy services to patients on a part-time or as-needed (PRN) basis
- Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in improving movement, managing pain, and restoring physical function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
