Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a caseload of 55–63 patients per week
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ability to complete required HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start date
• Willingness to work 2 evenings per week as part of the schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR system
• Comfort managing a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
