Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatment to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver care for patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, debility, orthopedic conditions, and cardiac diagnoses
• Manage a caseload consistent with approximately 6.5 hours of patient treatment per day
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Pinpoint and UDS Pro Doc electronic health record systems
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery goals
• Participate in weekend coverage on an as-requested basis

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience working with stroke and spinal cord injury (SCI) patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Pinpoint and/or UDS Pro Doc EHR platforms
• Experience treating adult and geriatric populations in an acute rehab environment
