Key Responsibilities- Carry out individualized physical therapy programs including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
- Provide patient education and maintain clear communication throughout the care process
- Deliver care primarily in an outpatient setting, with a small portion of time dedicated to long-term care and skilled swing patients
- Treat a broad range of patients and conditions presenting through the facility
- Maintain positive working relationships with other health professionals and ancillary staff
- Contribute to and receive suggestions in a collaborative, community-focused care environment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana)
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Experience treating a diverse patient population across varying diagnoses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt to a community-based care philosophy and environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing environments
- Experience working in rural or community-based healthcare settings
