Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and therapeutic goals
• Administer physical therapy interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Compliance with all facility health and background screening requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
