Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state licensure required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements, including completion of documentation outside of standard clearance processes
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
