Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a middle and late age active patient population
- See approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to an active, outdoor-oriented patient community
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience; new graduates will not be considered
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating active adult populations, including conditions related to golf, mountain biking, or similar recreational activities
