Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of South Dakota or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work day shift hours in a healthcare facility setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Strong documentation and electronic medical records skills
