Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required (compact license accepted at start, but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a high-volume outpatient environment
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation protocols
