    Physical Therapist – Outpatient

    Location

    Boothbay Harbor, Maine

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract (Travel) | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36–40 Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a 1:1 patient care model with 45-minute eval and treat sessions
    • Manage a caseload of general adult orthopedic, balance, and generalized weakness patients with an expected 87% scheduling utilization
    • Utilize standard outpatient PT equipment to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
    • Document all patient interactions and progress accurately within the EPIC electronic medical records system
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapists
    • May be asked to support a skilled nursing facility unit or inpatient/outpatient settings at an alternate campus as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to practice in the state of Maine
    • Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
    • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EPIC EMR
    • Ability to meet productivity expectations in an outpatient setting
    • Professional attire required; closed-toe shoes mandatory; no jeans or scents permitted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience treating general adult orthopedic, balance, and generalized weakness patient populations
    • Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
    • Comfortable working in a flexible environment with potential cross-coverage responsibilities
