Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning across inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) and acute care settings within a large hospital facility
• Deliver care to a patient caseload of approximately 4 patients per day on the IRF unit and 8–12 patients per day in acute care
• Participate in team conferences and provide family training as part of the care continuum
• Recommend and utilize adaptive devices and equipment, including Vector, LiteGait, and ADL Apartment therapy resources
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech)
• Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotating weekend shifts (approximately 1 per month) and holiday rotation

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida or compact eligibility
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Willingness and ability to work on an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) unit
• Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills

• Prior hospital and/or IRF experience highly preferred
• Experience with stroke and/or neurological patient populations
• Flexible, collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment

• Work within a well-equipped therapy program featuring two therapy gyms and advanced rehabilitation technology in a high-volume Level II Trauma Center
• Join an experienced therapy team of 17 PTs supporting a dynamic inpatient rehabilitation and acute care environment with a projected start date of June 30, 2026
