Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions scheduled in 45-minute intervals, including evaluations
• Manage an average patient load of 10 patients per day Monday through Thursday and 5 patients on Friday
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in holiday coverage as needed based on facility requirements
• Float to sister facilities or like units within scope of practice as needed to meet facility demands
• Be prepared to support emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Active South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility location (locals not accepted)

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation environments

• Work in a structured, patient-focused environment with a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio and no routine double-booking of patients
• Enjoy free on-site parking and a predictable daytime schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements
