Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital-based physical therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
