Schedule / Job TypeContract (26 Weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite | Outpatient
Key Responsibilities- Provide 45-minute, 1:1 outpatient physical therapy treatments including evaluations and recurring scheduled sessions
- Manage a caseload of approximately 9 patients per day across evaluation and follow-up appointments
- Treat a wide variety of diagnoses with a primary focus on orthopedic conditions in a small community outpatient rehab setting
- Effectively manage cancellations and no-shows to maintain scheduling efficiency
- Collaborate with rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining 1:1 treatment standards
- Adhere to business casual dress code and participate in department-specific orientation
Required Qualifications- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or valid Compact PT license
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Must be present in-state for the full week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely
- Must reside within 60 miles of the facility; valid driver's license required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Well-versed in outpatient orthopedic PT with experience managing a broad variety of diagnoses
- Strong caseload and schedule management skills, including cancellation and no-show handling
- Experience working in a small community outpatient rehabilitation environment
