    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions, progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay
    • Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned, including supervision, development of learning objectives, and completion of student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and uphold professional codes of conduct
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
    • Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
    • Knowledge of and adherence to state and federal documentation and compliance requirements
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and safe patient handling practices
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students
    • Demonstrated involvement in continuing education and professional development activities
