Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet facility compliance requirements including valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Must wear a visible photo badge at all times while on facility grounds
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
