We are currently recruiting a Physical Therapist (PT) | Outpatient for a prominent medical center in Colebrook, NH.
Job Description
- Physical Therapist need for hospital-based outpatient outpatient and inpatient acute & swing at Critical Access Hospital. 30hrs/week - 3x10hr days
- Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday *Please look into housing options PRIOR to submitting candidate*

- 2 years current Physical Therapy experience [REQUIRED]
- NO NEW GRADS
- Outpatient experience [REQUIRED]
- Inpatient experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Work History
- Physical Therapy skills checklist [REQUIRED]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- License verification [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission
- Permanent address must be included in submission file [REQUIRED]
- RTO must be listed in submission
