Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
