Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Rotating Weekends | Projected Start: 06/22/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients on a 23-bed rehab unit
• Manage a caseload of 4–6 patients per day, delivering individualized treatment plans
• Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR (transitioning to Meditech Expanse)
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled
• Float to other rehab sites as needed based on census levels

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Ability to work rotating weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech or Meditech Expanse EMR
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to treat patients across varying acuity levels
• Demonstrated passion for inpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
