    Contract | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Day Shifts | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals as required for clinical care
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; provide appropriate supervision and development of learning objectives for students as assigned
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory agency requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Texas
    • Experience in general orthopedic outpatient physical therapy
    • Ability to complete timely and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards, including safe patient handling and infection control practices
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students in a clinical setting
    • Demonstrated involvement in continuing education and professional development activities
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives in a clinical environment
