    Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor

    Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | 16-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Provide pelvic floor physical therapy services addressing prenatal, postpartum, colorectal, gynecological oncology, pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, and general orthopedics including lumbar, pelvis, hip, and knee conditions
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, development of learning objectives, and completion of student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific state practice acts, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Texas
    • Demonstrated competency and experience in pelvic floor physical therapy — pelvic floor specialization is required for this role
    • Ability to manage 8–10 patients per day
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation, goal writing, and compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and adherence to professional codes of conduct
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience treating prenatal and postpartum populations as well as gynecological oncology and colorectal conditions
    • Background in general orthopedic physical therapy including lumbar, pelvis, hip, and knee
    • Active involvement in continuing education and professional development within pelvic health or related specialty areas
