Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 14-Week Assignment | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Flexibility to float between designated care areas as needed
