Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 14-Week Assignment | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Float to designated coverage areas as needed within the facility
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Connecticut
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or inpatient therapy setting
- Comfort working in a float or multi-unit coverage capacity
