Travel Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 12-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient rehab settings as needed
- Utilize therapy equipment including Hoyer Lift, Treadmill, Elliptical, and Sci Fit devices during patient treatment
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth EMR systems
- Collaborate effectively with Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and physician teams to coordinate patient care
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services within a clinic environment open Monday through Friday
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Ability to work across multiple care settings including inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient rehab
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient clinic experience
- Experience treating neurological patient populations
