Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients across a range of conditions and functional levels
• Administer standardized tests and evidence-based treatments in accordance with plan of care
• Develop realistic, functional goals in collaboration with patients and/or their families
• Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and procedures with demonstrated knowledge of indications and contraindications

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic modalities, procedures, and clinical best practices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Strong patient and family communication skills
• Experience with functional goal-setting and outcome measurement tools
