Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital-based physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
