Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, balance/vestibular, and general rehabilitation patients
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in a modern outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic, sports medicine, or neurologic patient populations
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
• Familiarity with balance and vestibular rehabilitation techniques
