Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Schedule: Sunday through Saturday
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a long-term care facility in Fall River, MA. The ideal candidate will evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
Previous experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
