Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel Contract)

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | No Weekends | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a busy hospital-based practice setting
• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse outpatient caseload, developing individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy team including OT and Speech-Language Pathology departments
• Complete required facility orientation and education modules prior to or at start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine (required prior to start)
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week, Monday through Friday day shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with health system orientation and compliance processes
