Contract | Travel | Days 5x8 | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment

• Perform initial assessments and develop individualized plans of care for each patient upon receiving a physician's order, in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment sessions in a multidisciplinary outpatient therapy department serving adult patients
• Manage a caseload consisting of patients with diagnoses including orthopedics, orthopedic surgical, pain management, neurological, and sports medicine conditions
• Conduct 60-minute PT evaluations and 30-minute treatment sessions, with flexibility based on individual patient needs
• Maintain productivity expectations of 80% patient care time per shift
• Float to other areas as needed and adapt to weekend scheduling based on facility needs

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Flu vaccination required from November 1 through April 1 (declinations/exceptions must be client approved)
• Proficiency or ability to work within an EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work weekends as required by facility needs

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or sports medicine physical therapy settings
• Familiarity working within a multidisciplinary therapy department alongside occupational and speech therapy teams
