Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an adult inpatient rehabilitation population, including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related diagnoses
• Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients per therapist, supported by 1–2 therapy assistants and a rehab technician
• Perform point-of-care documentation using the UDS electronic health record system
• Apply GG Scoring knowledge in functional assessment and documentation
• Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
• May be required to float to a sister facility approximately 8 miles away

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — must be valid and in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in point-of-care documentation and time management
• Working knowledge of GG Scoring

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Familiarity with UDS electronic health record system
• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac patient populations
