Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 26-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
