Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to promote functional recovery
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using facility EMR systems (Protouch / Net Health)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility dress code and operational standards while maintaining a professional clinical environment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record (EMR) platforms
- Ability to work independently in an acute or post-acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR systems
- Experience as a travel therapist with the ability to quickly integrate into new clinical environments
