Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and facility-specific documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before start of assignment
- Must obtain a permanent state license for the state of assignment; compact license may be accepted temporarily but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel or contract physical therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
