Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days (5x8, flexible to 4x10s) | Onsite | Start Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | No Weekend or Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses
• Perform wound care assessments and interventions as applicable
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members using lab results and patient assessments to guide clinical decision-making
• Document patient care and progress utilizing the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Work independently under limited supervision while maintaining high standards of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is required
• Experience treating neurological and/or orthopedic patient populations
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions with limited supervision

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with wound care in a clinical setting
• Prior travel therapy or acute care hospital experience
