Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Deliver direct physical therapy services focused on restoring patient function and mobility
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active New Jersey state Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, facilities, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
• Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Techs in a clinical environment
