Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Deliver patient care in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) environment, supporting patients with complex medical and rehabilitative needs
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using facility EMR systems (NetHealth, ProTouch)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience working in an acute care, LTACH, or rehabilitation hospital setting
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EMR platforms (NetHealth, ProTouch)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) or Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
• Familiarity with NetHealth and/or ProTouch documentation systems
