Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Compliance with all facility onboarding and documentation requirements before assignment begins
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation protocols
