Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract Opportunity

Location: Houston, Texas
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross:$2,300–$2,400 (Based on 40 Hours)

We are actively seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a healthcare facility in Houston, Texas for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative rehabilitation team while helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall functional independence.

Key Assignment Details:
  • Shift: Friday – Monday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Shift Length: 10 Hours

  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

  • Charting System: EPIC

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

  • Required Certification: BLS Certification

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC

Qualifications:
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) License (required prior to start)

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • BLS Certification

  • Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
