Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical injuries, disabilities, or conditions to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
