Overview
We are looking for full-time Physical Therapists for multiple outpatient locations across Indiana.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy programs.
- Deliver high-quality patient care and supervise PTAs and aides.
- Collaborate with physicians and other care providers for best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For- Graduate of an accredited PT program (APTA)
- Active or eligible Indiana PT license
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
