Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or compact licensure eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability to meet guaranteed hours requirement
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon arrival at facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel therapy experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
