Weekly Gross:$1,920–$2,000
We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lanett, Alabama for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients restore mobility, improve strength, and maximize their functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on their needs and goals
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and overall function
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current CPR certification (if required by facility)
SNF experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Competitive Weekly Gross Pay of $1,920–$2,000
Consistent 40-Hour Work Week
13-Week Contract Assignment
