Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Contract | Travel | Days | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation programs tailored to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injury
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the recovery journey using the facility's EHR system (UDS)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life
• Manage a caseload within a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting at a patient-to-therapist ratio of 5:1

• Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Ability to work a day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating patients with stroke, brain injury, amputation, or orthopedic conditions

• Work within a CARF-accredited and Joint Commission-accredited state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility offering specialized programs in stroke, brain injury, amputation, and more
