Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services across multiple skilled nursing facility (SNF) locations
- Travel between assigned facilities as part of a multi-site coverage arrangement
- Deliver hands-on rehabilitation services to optimize patient health and function
- Complete required onboarding training prior to beginning patient care activities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Dakota or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to travel to multiple SNF locations as required by the assignment
- Reliable transportation for inter-facility travel
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Experience with traveling or multi-site therapy assignments
