Travel: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic - Days

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:45 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–3:30 PM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

• Provide direct physical therapy services in a hospital outpatient department setting with a 1:1 PT-to-patient ratio and 45-minute appointment slots
• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, general deconditioning, neurological, and vestibular conditions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient outcomes

• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Missouri
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Flu vaccination required for assignment dates falling between November 1 and April 1 (exemptions must be facility approved)
• Ability to wear black scrubs or business casual attire in compliance with facility dress code

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or multi-specialty physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Experience treating neurological and/or vestibular patient populations

• Work in a structured, supportive outpatient environment with a consistent 1:1 patient ratio and predictable scheduling
• Conveniently located along I-44 between Springfield and St. Louis, offering an accessible and centrally positioned assignment location
