Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
- Meet department objectives while delivering patient-centered care
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Utilize electronic health record systems as part of daily clinical workflow
Required Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Recent experience with both EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
- Experience working within an EPIC conversion or system transition environment
