Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet department objectives while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Manage an outpatient-only caseload with 38 patient-facing hours and 2 hours of documentation time per week
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation within allotted documentation time

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or compact license valid for state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• No on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum two years of Physical Therapy experience
• Spanish language proficiency
• Vestibular certification
