Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Deliver 1:1 patient care across assigned units
- Participate in weekend rotation alongside full-time therapy staff
- Commit to working designated holidays as required per contract schedule
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, dress code, and scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Acute care experience required
- Must be willing to work weekend rotation
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
- Familiarity with acute care therapy workflows and high-acuity patient populations
