Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic and vestibular patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
- Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
- Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
- Experience treating orthopedic and/or vestibular conditions
